The Christmas spirit was alive and well in Global Harbor’s lower mezzanine the weekend of December 3-4. Tempting scents filled the air from food stalls, peddling familiar and exotic dishes while festive music warmed the souls of the thousands of patrons who dropped by to bask in Changzhou’s first ever Christmas Market. The DragonFair Christmas Market was built upon a hunch that Changzhou is a cosmopolitan urban center, rich in diverse curiosities, both local and international, and that the time has arrived to celebrate this quickly broadening selection. From talented artisans peddling handmade crafts to intriguing small businesses and some of the newest and hottest restaurants in the city, DragonFair vendors did not disappoint.
